ALICE
facing the future expecting death dust and hope
2015
ALICE . facing the future expecting death dust and hope .
ALICE is a fragment, a reference to the fragility of our existence.
ALICE is a scrap of a female diary, a recurring dream, the split of one individual into several.
ALICE is overexposed, overly white, helpless and funny.
ALICE shows a disintegration, a shredding of the body's boundaries.
ALICE is about the possibility and simultaneous impossibility to encounter or escape the other within oneself. In an environment of complete emptiness, orders from the world of the adults enter a humoristic and at the same time humiliating relationship with the character.
ALICE is falling back into a world of insults and habits of childhood and unlike the one “in Wonderland” - will always remain in this trap, that cannot be escaped.
