How do we negotiate the issue of collectivity in the post-pandemic time we live in? When is a group a group? dis : place means displacement, outsourcing from usual terrain and is a collaboration between Andrea K. Schlehwein and her longtime partner PTL Theater for Dance Ljubljana and was created as a commissioned work for the Slovenian festival UKREP / Perspectives in Dance, which has put its focus this year on dance art in public space.

dis : place explores the possibility for an autonomy of different regions of the body on a skeletal level [skull . torso . pelvis] as well as the interrelationship between each other and the surrounding [urban] landscape.
